Question about Excursions?

I have a couple of questions about excrusions on our Mariner cruise. This is my children's first time being on a cruise and there were some excrusions I was wondering if they'd be able to do or not. Like the Zip Lines. My daughter is a very very athletic 12 year old and I bet she could do it, though I am unsure if maybe compared to what I have been reading up on, it may be a lot harder? I know my other daughter can't do it because shes only eight. And we were wondering whether or not to book parasailing online, or if we can at one of our stops (St. Martin, St. Thomas, Cococay Bahamas.) Which do you recommend. Same for Wave Runners.

Whoever is offering the excursions should be able to give you guidelines on age appropriate-ness and safety! Ask them!
