Just wanted to give everyone an update. Host Caroline may not be able to be our group leader...not that she doesn't want to go but, she already has a two week Alaska cruise vacation planned in June and escorting this one might be tough to do for her. SanFranBayCruiser, the ball is back in your court...

Can we make 8-10-07 the official date of the "Group Cruise"?

I have never been involved in a Group Cruise before but my family said if I like my cruise on the Cown on 8-25-06 put something together for them for next year. What I would need would be a flyer that I could send to my relatives explaining everything and with prices for the different categories.

When I was shopping price for my cruise of 8-25 I found some big differences, how do we know we are getting the best price? I feel I can secure 8 cabins for this cruise but you do not know for sure until you get the deposit.

ChefChaz, I haven't led or been on Cruise Critic Group cruise YET, but, it's my understanding that our community leader here, LauraS is in charge of selecting the travel agent and travel agency.
