Cabin 9240 on Explorer of the Seas

Recommended Posts

We just booked an October cruise on Explorer of the Seas cabin 9240. We might be crazy, but it looks from the RCCL website that this cabin is smaller than the other Junior Suits. Plus, from the picture it looks as if we are right behind the elevators. Does anyone know anything about this particular room? Is it smaller than the rest? Is it going to be noisey from the crowds at the elevator? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and HAPPY Sailing!

!st--the elevators are not really right next to the rooms--it just looks that way on the deck plans. There's really a wall--they're in their own hallway. So noise shouldn't be a problem at all. Even if your JS is longer and narrower than the others, it should still have the same sq. footage. Have you checked with RCI about this?
