Food and Music on Great Stirrup Cay?

Just wondering what is included in the BBQ buffet on the island? What type of food, drinks, desset, etc? What time does it start and end?

 

And we can't wait to hear the band play. Love this kind of music. Do they play for the whole day or just part? Thanks!!!
