Copenhagen Birthday

Hi. We are going on JOS on Aug 6. When we are in Copenhagen it will be our oldest daughters 16 birthday. We are going to decorate the cabin but I was wondering if anyone has any special Danish ideas for us to celebrate on shore. We are not taking a tour so we are open for anything.

I don´t know if there is a special danish way, but we eat something called a lagkage or translated english cake in layers.
