Water toys on HMC

We will be visiting HMC this fall with our two young (6 and 3) children. I heard that there is a kids splash zone at HMC. Yes?

 

Also--are you allowed to bring your OWN rafts. You know, the cheapy $2 from Walgreens that can be easily stashed in your suitcase.
