We'll be visiting St. Thomas for a few hours while on our cruise and would like to spend the day at one of the resorts. Would you suggest either the Ritz Carlton, Emerald Beach, or Secret Harbour? Also, do these resorts charge to use their facilities such as the pool, chairs etc...? I know the beach itself is free. Any other suggested resorts would be appreciated too. We've been to St. Thomas several times in the past and would just like to relax at a different resort this time around.
