Did You Sail on Magica Bermuda 2006? - Refund!

We just got a letter from Costa saying that we were getting a $112 refund due to a change in "Bermuda Government Fees". So, if you were on either of the 2 Bermuda sailings, watch your mail for such a letter. The letter said it would be refunded to our credit card in the next few weeks. :)

I agree. We wonder though how it could be such a large amount. That ($112) is well over 10% of what we paid for the entire cruise. I assume we still paid some amount to the Government of Bermuda, and of course our cruise fare, and probably the Government of the Bahamas, so how could we really get back that much? Anyway, I agree with you shipshapegal, thanks Bermuda and thanks Costa!

After thinking about it, not quite 10%, but darn close!

I got my $56 credit on my Master card yesterday. Sailed single to Bermuda. Sweet.

I have not received my refund, I called costa and they refered me to accounting 1-800-247-7320 #3. I left a message but they have not returned my call.

Mine came in on this month's credit card bill, the credit showed up from Costa. It did take several months.
