Stockholm taxis -pier to airport

Approx how much should the fare be from Stockholm pier to airport?? Also if we want to share the ride with another couple, are there vans avilable (luggage, luggage, and did I mention luggage? lol) and what would be the rate or how would we arrange a pick up van vs. small taxi.....I would appreciate knowing approx. costs of either option.

From Frihammen (sp?) the cost was $475 Swedish Kroners, converted to $65U.S. for the two of us. We filled up the vehicle with our luggage!! Not sure of the cost for a van. I reserved with co. before leaving states. Paid by CC upon arrival at airport. www.stockholmtaxi.com
