Never saw this solo link before! So happy to have it! I am a widow and sometimes cruise solo. Am hoping to pick up some good tips here!

Lots of good advise in this forum for sure!, and it's always somehow a bit "conforting" to know that we all have many of the same thoughts and concerns. (we're all "in the same boat" so to speak)

 

I find myself checking the "solo" board now each & every time I log on to cruisecritic. It seems there's always something new to learn:-), and it's nice that we have a section of our own:-)

The best tool I have found on this website is the "search" tool. I have used it to search particular threads or even an entire forum and learned much as a result.

Thanks all-I went on to the roll call board for my cruise and have already found a whole group of folks that are going to meet on board-so I won't be alone. I like to join others in port-I won't jump in a cab alone. I can book tours, if there's something new that I want to try, but mostly I want to go to the beach and shop, so pretty easy.
