Port Liberty Hotels with Parking

My family will be leaving from Port Liberty on Explorer. Does anyone have any hotel recommendations where we could leave the car for the duration of the cruise?

We leave from Cape Liberty Cruise Port later this month and are booked at the Best Western, Newark Airport. They offer a park and cruise package at a reasonable rate, with transportation to and from the pier. Can't give any info on the hotel though as we have never stayed there.
