Each cruiseline is different, and they even serve different beers depending on the itinerary (different stuff in Europe, Mexico, Alaska, etc).

on carnival i noticed bottles mostly for the beer.. at least the ones we were ordering .. : )

For most current info on a Carnival ship, you might want to ask on the board here dedicated to Carnival. This board is usually haunted by folks looking for ways to save money, so you're not likely to get the best info here.
