I hope their site problems won't cause me to loose my "hump" cabin! I wonder how they'll handle it if the 24 hour "hold" time expires due their site troubles and I loose my the cabin? Try calling their reservations department at (800) 327-6700; they should be able to take care of you. ...sorry...with my slow connection, there were no other posts showing when I typed this!
