Any feedback on the AmeriSuites located on Broward Blvd?? The one that is about 7 miles from the airport.

 

Nice safe property bordered by an office park on one side and shopping mall on the other.

I stayed here last February with my group of 28 people. We found the hotel to be very nice, staff to be very nice and helpful. Their shuttle service from the airport to the hotel with our large group was tough, some hoped into a cab to the hotel which cost them approximately $30. The hotel was nice enough to get us a larger van to accomodate us all the next morning to get us to the pier, this was very much appreciated by us all.

 

I found the hotel to be well kept and clean.

 

The breakfast was wonderful, there were eggs, waffles, hot and cold cereals, morning pastries, juices, fruit and bacon, thought this was great for the free breakfast.

 

I would definately stay here again if I was unable to get anything in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Lots of eating places available by cab or if you feel you need to exercise, you certainly can walk.
