Huge,huge Bob Marley Fan, Help!!!

Here is the problem, we dock at Montego Bay, the DH.DS and DD want to go to the Marley musem and his home and studio. I have no idea how long it takes to get to Kingston, where I think it is. (I will be checking that info next) I have checked some tour companies on the island, emailing general questions, they do not do this type of tour.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or is this just out of reach because of the distance? This would be like, being at the Super Bowl on the 50 yard line.....They would just love it.

We docked at Mo Bay. Our guide to Dunns River said it took over 5 hours to get to the capitol, Kingston. That's a LONG drive. Not sure if you would have time. It doesn't look that far, but roads are often dirt!

Kingston is generally considered an unsafe city to visit.

sorry to burst their bubbles, but if you are on a cruise..there is probably no way you can do kingston. i doubt you could even make it over by "ochie" to see his childhood home.
