Agocruisin Posted September 4, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2006 Hello, we are flying in to FLL (why are the airfares to Fort Lauderdale so much cheaper than Miami???) and sailing on the Valor out of Miami the next day in November. DH wants to rent a car in FLL and drop it in MIA, but I am wondering if anyone knows of a shuttle service between FLL airport hotels and the Miami seaport, and how much they would charge? We are a group of 4-6 adults (not sure yet) and three kids. Any help will be much appreciated!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami because it was across the street from Bayside Market, the Holiday Inn is also very nice. We used Thrify Car Rental, Miami Airport because they have a shuttle to take you back to the cruise terminal once you drop your rental, Shuttle service was free. Bequia Posted September 4, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 4, 2006 Tri-County Airport Express, $18 per person from FLL to Port of Miami. When you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and go outside the baggage claim area, lower level, curbside, contact one of the starters (customer services reps.) wearing a white shirt with "AIRPORT EXPRESS" in red on the back of the shirt and an emblem on the sleeve and over the breast pocket. Let the starter know what service you are interested in and he/she will assist you. http://www.floridalimo.com/Pages/sharedr.html
