Has anyone used Cunards “White Star Luggage Service”? We are taking a November cruise on QM2 Ft Lauderdale to Ft Lauderdale and were looking for some feedback. Cost, reliability, was it worth the money. Thanks.

Yes I did it just this april 30th. They sent the luggage out to the ship for sailing on April 30th. everything was there. Then I received the luggage back at my home on Tuesday June12 after leaving the QM2 on June 11th.

Makes it much easier. One tip I wish I had done, is too ship any souvernier books home by regular mail rather than my carrying them with my hand luggage.

Reassuring to read your post - the other White Star Luggage thread has me very nervious about entrusting my luggage to them so it sure is nice to hear something positive for a change.
