very recent NOS pax question about wine

Does NOS still offer a "wine and dine" plan? I have read that some ships are not offering this. I would think with the addition of "Vintages" wine bar that there would be an emphasis on wine packages as a way to sample more wines. If there is a package, was it 2 tier as we had offered on VOS previously? I mean 2 different packages with different pricing? Also, has anyone asked for a "splash" of wine in Vintages? The current C&A magazine says that "splashes" are free. It also says that there are wine tastings daily in Vintages. Can anyone tell me about these and what the charge was?

My question is what is Vintages? I've never heard of it.

The NOS and MOS have recently replaced thier promenade mall sports bars with wine bars called "Vintages".
