email problems to Europe

I am having bounces from emails to Tours for you in Lisbon and Dream-Tours in Nice. Anyone else having problems. I am trying both AOL and Comcast.

Any suggestions???

I tried sending an email to tours for you just to see what happens. I use Roadrunner cable services and have previously been able to send email to this tour company.

 

Here is the message I got back with the returned mail with my email address blanked out.

I'm not exactly sure what this all is telling me except I know my email got out and was sent back to me as being undeliverable.

 

Wish I could tell you why beyond that.

Any suggestions???

On the assumption that your email server and the other email server are having an argument (which is fundamentally what wwinfl91's experience shows), try going to Yahoo and opening an email account there and use that. The remote email server may be happier talking to a yahoo server than to yours.

Well I went to Yahoo and sent the email again and yes again it bounced.

So does anyone have more ideas.

After that many tries all I can think of it looks like the adresses are not correct. Maybe a dot missing or maybe a dot too much???

I will send an e-mail and see if it comes back to me too.

I tried it this morning again with all my accounts and still getting bounced.

I just sent them an email from my yahoo account and it went through and I got an answer from Nuno saying he was very concerned about the problem and would appreciate any information on which email accounts are being bounced.

 

I'm not sure why others with Yahoo email accounts would have been bounced and mine worked.

 

I will send him the info that I posted above about my bounced email from my cfl.rr.com email address and hopefully he can pass it on to the company that runs their web site and email and can fix the problem.
