Rapids then Hopewell cove???

Can you rent a car-take the boat ride over the rapids and still make the tide change at Hopewell cove Thanks?? First posting Family of four will sail from NY on Sat July 17 Thanks!!!!!

It depends on how long you're in port. The Hopewell Rocks are at least a two hour drive from Saint John, on secondary highways. Probably closer to 2 and a half hours. There's absolutely no way you'd ever be able to catch both high and low tide at the rocks, since they're six hours apart.
