SOE upgrades on Zuiderdam?

Have the upgrades been done on the Zuiderdam? We sail in a couple weeks.

Yes and no.

 

When we were onboard last month, our stateroom (Cat. VC verandah) still had the old sheets and pillows, and what we think is the old mattress (it was still very comfy - it's hard to tell!). There's still no DVD players or flatscreen TV's in the rooms, though the new Elemis bath products are in use.

 

We did see a couple suite staterooms that looked like they had all the SOE enhancements; maybe they're retrofitting the ship slowly. However, despite this, it's still a great ship with a fantastic crew.
