Good snorkeling beach?

I am interested in knowing whether there is a good snorkeling beach in Tortola? Or does one have to go by boat? Am not interested in the Baths.

Try Brewer's Bay, it's supposed to be pretty good and very few of the charter boats go in there as it's mostly off limits due to the chances of hitting the reef or catching the underwater cable with an anchor so I'm told.
