FLL vs MIAMI

Flying into FLL 2 days prior to cruise. Hoping for a place at the beach. Choices seem to be the Clarion Lauderdale or Riu in Miami. How hard to get transportation to Miami and back to Port Everglades? And how do these 2 hotels compare? Any other suggestions appreciated

There are dozens of hotels on the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, and in between. Why are those the only choices. You haven't provided much detail, dates, budget, etc. Getting around is no problem at all. You can choose from rental cars, taxis, or limos.

Renting a car is the best. Very inexpensive in Florida!
