Input re "Meet Buenos Aires" tour operator

We are considering using "Meet Buenos Aires," a tour operator that we found on the Interet. Before we commit, we would like to get input from other customers if possible. Any information would be appreciated.

We cruised SA in 2005 and enjoyed a wonderful time. I always book all my shore excursions myself via the internet.

In Buneos Aries we used the serivces of Ricardo Defranco and he was wonderful. He got us great rates (better than I could get on the internet) at the hotels in both Iguazzu Falls and Buneos Aries and arranged all of our tours for us. He was our personal guide on a couple of occasions. On our airport transfer he did not just take us to the airport and dump us he came inside with us and stood in line to make sure we were all checked in OK and that there were no problems which was great as not everyone speaks english there.

I highly recommend Ricardo and his serivce.
