transportation to ship-Miami

I am planning a cruise in March. It is more advantageous to fly into Ft. Lauderdale, but our ship leaves out of Miami. We are sailing on Royal Caribbean. They have transfers available, but the times are not convenient to our flights. Any suggestions on who to contact to arrange this on my own?

ACW, So many answers can be given. MIA is closer then Ft. Lauerdale to the Miami ports. Any taxi will be glad to get you to the port from the airport. You do not menton if you are getting in a day in advance or not. Look in the Rollcall section for RCL for anyone else arriving at the same time and maybe you can then split a cab to the port for cost cuttings. Se if you can use the transfers for your own private transportation or get a credit. Hope this helps.
