Questions about QM2

I am sailing on the QM2 next Labor Day weekend (4nights) and would like to know if there is a show every night and also if there is a charge to use the T-Pool in the spa. Thanks

Yes and Yes. I would not pay for the spa only just use it when you have other services. Its nice but has fresh water that is cool not heated salt water as the QE 2.

Are there indoor hot tubs, steamrooms and saunas that one can use for free or is there a charge?

Steam rooms & saunas are part of the Canyon Ranch spa and are therefore not free of charge. Indoor hot tubs ( 2 of ) are located on deck 12. However these are only totally indoors if the magrodome is closed.

We were on board for 24 days and swam every day. We never once saw the roof open.

 

I imagine they only open it in the best weather. And I expect they close it at night in any case.

Dear Fred C: I took the last Labor Day cruise to Canada. It was great!. There is a different show or entertainment each night with 2 different showings usually like 7:30 and 10:00 pm depending on your dinner hour. If you book a Spa treatment, you can use the spa facilities: T pool, sauna, etc from 8 am to 8 pm that day included. If no treatment booked- it is something like $30.00 per day. Book the Canyon Ranch massage for one day. Dont forget to go down to the Planetarium in the morning and get your ticket for the show so you are not left out. There will be 3 different star shows. You will have a fantastic time!!
