fabby50 Posted December 7, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2006 If you've cruised on Norwegian before, you should be a Latitudes member already. I am and we've only been once. If you have any of the countless sales brochures they now send you, your number should be on it. Or, ask customer service. You can also sign up on line on the web site. akaCruiser Posted December 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2006 You should have your Latitudes number (take a look at your ticket receipt), but it will not be registered into the system yet. It took a couple of months for my number to 'take hold' after my first cruise with NCL. You should be able to quote the number when you are taking with NCL. Don't worry, when you are 'in' you will know...
tomluvsaida Posted December 8, 2006 #4 Share Posted December 8, 2006 Do you have to do anything to be a latitudes member other than take one cruise? What are the perks you get as a member? We cruised Oct. 30-Nov. 6 and may be going again in the summer.

Budget Queen Posted December 9, 2006 #7 Share Posted December 9, 2006 I am a platinum member, very nice perks. :) Last trip on the Crown in Sept. instead of the Le Bistro, the 4 of us Platinum members on the ship got an invitation for dinner with the cpt. I initially declined to go, since I only had casual attire. The latitude host- Shelly, assured me that formal was not necessary and to reconsider. I did and had a wonderful time with several charming offers and the cpt. :) Had a grand special menu and top wait staff. Ended up with a photo of the evening and a signed menu
DragonflyCruiser Posted January 8, 2007 #8 Share Posted January 8, 2007 I checked the NCL web site to find what they had for my level of membership. Right now I'm listed as (PROSPECT)...any clue what that means?

We cruised Oct. 30-Nov. 6 and may be going again in the summer. Just make sure your Latitudes number shows up on the tickets. If not, call and have NCL add it so you get credit for the cruise. :)
