Crown mini suite with covered balcony

We want to book a mini suite on the new Crown and we want to make sure to get one with a covered balcony. It needs to be near midship so its near the elevators since my elderly Mom will be going with me. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Emerald deck are the only covered minis. :)

I just booked and mini-suite on the Crown and wanted a covered balcony as well. When I did my research I found that Emerald deck was the only one with the covered balconies. Those rooms are not midship, but aft. There is good news- there is an elevator in the back of the ship! If you look at the Princess website and go to deck plans, you will notice that towards the back of the ship on Emerald deck (prob all decks) there are elevators (called lifts on the website). Good luck with your booking and book quickly since there are not a lot of Emerald deck mini-suites!
