Could someone please tell me what the difference is between a category BD & BE balcony room on the caribbean Princess. We are on the Baja deck, and I have seen that there are different sq footage for some balcony rooms. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me,

There is no real difference between a BD and BE on this ship.

 

On the Princess Grand class ships, ALL the balcony rooms (BA-BG) are the same size inside, the only differences are the actual balcony sizes. The balcony rooms on Caribe deck have nearly double the balcony space (~50 sq. ft vs. ~95). The only other 'differences' in categories are the location of the rooms; upper decks and center of the ship are ranked higher. Whether one agrees that this is makes a 'better' room, or not, is a matter of personal preference.
