Has anyone used the below company and what was your experience?

Bob is simply a broker; he takes reservations and feeds them to independent drivers; some who are very good and some who are very bad. Unfortunately for us, we got the latter. They failed to show up at the airport to take us into Rome and the tour and delivery to the ship the next day was also very poor. Why gamble?

There are several others who get consistently good reviews on this board. We, for example, used Claudio on our next trip and found him to be very professional.

Bob's worked well for us from airport to hotel and then from hotel to port.

but totally lost the reservation for the half day tour of Rome.

 

so for us, i'd only recommend the airport and port transportation business.
