Travelcat2 Posted January 27, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2007 We are looking at some cruise specials for the fall of this year that expire 02/28/2007. We'll be on a cruise on 03/28/2007 and wonder whether people find it better to book a "special" or if you think we should wait until we are on board. Thanks in advance for your advice:)
cruiseluv Posted January 27, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2007 If the specials expire on 2/28 I would definitevely book them before that date. Once onboard You can see if you can have them apply the onboard booking retroactively to the booking you already made. However, I think some of these very discounted specials do not allow for applying the onboard booking discount.
AtA Posted January 27, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2007 book by the date the special ends. Use the onboard booking to book something as far in the future as possible. You can always change your onboard booking to something more to your liking and the credit will transfer (but only once)
