St. Lucia beaches for my 88 year old mom

I'm looking for a short walking distance from the cab drop off point and preferably no steep inclines. At a minimum we need a rest room, beach chair rental, and umbrella rental or some shade. Availability of refreshments would be nice but not necessary. Charm is a definite plus!
