carnival stock/onboard credit ?

I faxed in our proof of stocks to HAL. How do I even know they recieved them, other than the fax machine said so. How do I know if they gave us an onboard credit. Our cruise is not until 4/5?

After faxing the brokerage statement, it took exactly a week's time for our shipboard credit to show up, but we booked only 6 weeks out. We received an email attachment with an updated "guest confirmation" form showing the $100 shipboard credit applied to our account. We booked directly thru HAL, not a travel agent or other site. Keep the faith--I'm sure if all is in order, the credit will be there.

We faxed our request yesterday for our 3/10 cruise. TA called today and told us we got the credit.
