New Celebrity head Chef?

Does anyone know who will head of Celebrity after Michael Roux?

Rumor has it that the new executive chef is on the leading edge of fusion menus. However he has some eccentricities.

He enjoys wearing blue shirts, yellow knickers, red suspenders and red/white striped socks. He has bright red hair.

From what I understand, he is a Scotsman. His name is Ronal`d MacDonald. :eek: :eek: :eek:

Based on the wording of the announcement, I do not think you will see a big name chef named ala Michael Roux. While there may be some organizational rearrangement, the announcement seemed to indicate that whomever is/will be in charge if from within.

I think they should get someone like Gordon Ramsay. He would shake it up and would not allow any sloppy food coming out of the kitchen. LOL

According to Jose ____?____, from Celebrity HQ, it will not be a "headliner".

I got the feeling that Celebrity was constrained from tinkering with the menu under their former contract.

I think that guest chefs will be used on certain sailings... a culinary cruise.

Please no, not Mr F Ramsay -I have eaten in his so called signature restaurants and the quality is patchy at best. To be fair to Michel Roux, the quality at his place is always A1. Roux at least know how to run a training school Mr Effin has some trouble getting the best out of people!
