joybaby Posted February 8, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2007 When I click on "Roll Calls all other cruise lines" I get a message that the fourm is empty. I can't find my roll call. Help! Geo Try scrolling down on this page until you read OPERA 3/10/07 . Scroll, and the 'roll call' will come up. I think there are 26 of us. No one has added their name for a while. I keep this in links, easier. I know the ship is not sold out. I have an assigned - 8130, so I don't expect the upgrade fairy, but that's fine! I am 'packing small' - one suitcase!! Gonna' see that black dress a few nights!!!! :p

bobar Posted February 8, 2007 #4 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Yes it does seem our roll call is gone..Well 30 days and counting.I can't wait. I booked an inside guarantee single rate, which was better than the single rate on all the 7 night cruises leaving the same week and MSC has told my agent I will more than likely get upgraded.Sounds great to me.. As for packing light, every time I set out to do that I end up going crazier than when I just pack and go so just gonna wait till the night before and throw a bunch of stuff together. We fly in a day before to decompress before the cruise so if i forget anything i'll go shopping...And it looks like they offer a ship excursion to vigin gorda in tortola so i think we'll do that as our only ship excursion...

bobar Posted February 8, 2007 #6 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Tortola is a very nice island but the baths at virgin gorda is one of the most beautiful beach settings and water i have ever been too. Pretty much have all figured out for activities. 1.san juan-wonder around the old city and gamble at the westin casino 2.st.martin- orient beach 3.st lucia-probably stay on ship, maybe get out and walk to the market, but its nasty. 4.granada-take the girls on a tour of island and buy some spices and then go to grand anse beach 5.Barbados- probably do the boat yard beach but not set in stone yet. 6.tortola- ship virgin gorda excursion 7. dominican republic- BEACH Looks like a pretty relaxing and fun cruise..can't wait. Especially looking forward to the pasta and entertainment on:cool: the ship
