privacy issues lido balcony(Grand Princess)

:confused: We are booked on the Easter break cruise out of Galveston.We are considering changing our booking as we hear that the Lido balocnies are not very private.

Any ideas?

Actually Lido balconies are probably the most private on the whole ship since they are not open to higher decks. The only drawback is they are smaller. Many veteran cruisers prefer Lido balconies over the more exposed ones on the lower decks. :)

I prefer the larger Caribe Deck balconies. They're twice the size of the regular balconies--with half being covered and half being uncovered. The covered portion is pretty private. Of course the people with balconies above yours will be able to see you when you're on the uncovered portion.
