Halloween on Constellation,

Does Celebrity do anything special on board their ships for Halloween?

 

Just booked a sailing leaving on 10/23 which is a 13-day cruise up to Canada and N. England so I am curious to find out if there will be any kind of celebration of the day on board.

They had a costume contest and party when we were on the Millimium a few years ago. About 40 couples were in full costume and it was very crowded at the large lounge on the top deck foward.. The cruise director ran the whole thing and it was a good time..

Did you get the idea if this is a regular thing if you're on board on Halloween or is it up to the cruise director? Was there a special party or what?

They usually hold a Halloween party with a costume contest.

Also, when we were on the Millie for Halloween, the dress for the evening was informal or Halloween costume.

We sailed on Infinity this past Halloween, and there was a costume party and contest. Our group of 8 had a theme, and we did come in second. It's a lot of fun.

Thanks for the info. It would be good to start thinking of a costume before boarding the ship.
