Empress room location??

Recommended Posts

Centrum area elevators are nearer to everything you go to except the dinning room. Just depends. When you go to the dinning room you can go to the aft elevators and go forward for everything else.

It has never made any real difference to us. Enjoy.

TY for the quick reply. I was just looking closer and it seems the room we're in is more under the childrens area (forgot the name) and the other JS's are definitely under the pool area and I find that to be possible problem with the joggers and general noise. So I guess we'll stay where we are. Ty again.

For those who have sailed Empress would you take a room closer to the Centrum area or the elevators towards the back. RCCL rep said the rear elevator area is closer to mid ship. It didn't seem to look that way. Anyone have any comments. BTW I'm booked on deck 9 JS. TY

I have sailed the Empress before and had JS 9644, on Deck 9. It is 4 cabins in from the aft elevators. We loved that location so much we have it again for our November 5, Empress cruise.

I just saw your second post.

We are also under the kids area. I choose that cabin on our first Empress cruise because the kids will calm down and go to bed earlier. I do not want to hear deck chairs being dragged around all night. For us it worked out great in that location.

Kids played "Leap Frog" during the day (we were almost never in the cabin anyway) and quiet at night.
