Do you receive anything in the mail when you status goes to Diamond?

and we got our welcome letter with pins & luggage tags, in fact 2 envelopes within 2 weeks so we got 4 pins & 4 lugage tags (perfect for 2 week cruises with 4 luggage pieces).

 

We have never seen any chocolate covered strawberries, petti fores, flowers, NOTHING. Great gifts on C&A member cruises & one night was cookies (5 of them) from C&A. So maybe that is Plus not regular Diamond.

We just made Diamond in Jan and all we got was a letter congratulating us on our status.. no luggage tags, pin etc. My understanding was that this was a practice that is now discontinued.

Daryl, call C&A and ask. If you get no response, ask the LA on your upcoming Brilliance cruise. They usually have them on the ship.
