What can I do while in port in Aruba?

We just booked our first cruise on Princess and it's a 10 night Southern Caribbean Cruise. We are booking tours on several of the other islands we will be visiting but we are not quite sure how to spend our day in Aruba. We are not really big on snorkeling, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! :)

We took an excursion that included a semi- sub tour around a sunken German ship and a land bus tour around the island a few years ago. Tour took us out to the lighthouse and to the natural bridge area. Tour was actually rather enjoyable as the guide pointed out the many fences around the island built out of cactus. Fences help keep the wild donkeys out of private yards.

We booked with Wixtours for a three hour tour. He took us to the Butterfly Farm which is really nice, and then around the island and out to the "natural bridge" (which isn't much, really, but the scenery is nice.)

Natural bridge was a real treat for us but we were there a year or so before the large bridge collapsed. The smaller bridge there that is a few decades away from maturing is still an interesting spot to visit. Yes, the scenery is nice and the photo opts are endless.

We used ABC tours for 1/2 day tour- even went to the Ostrich farm. Now that was something I would never do in real life.

After the tour we ate lunch on the ship then headed to Palm beach to watch a sunset.

A sunset in Aurba is spectacular. Never seen a sun drop out of the sky as i did that day

We are not really into snorkeling either so took a glass bottomed boat tour from Palm Beach. It was about an hour and a half and we saw the Antilles Wreck and plenty of fish, coral etc. We sailed up to the lighthouse and along the beach. It was a really nice trip.
