I haven't received any coupons. Maybe I'm not on the list. How do I get on the list?? What is the emagazine. I'm new to the boards so your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Just looked at my e-mail again and the coupons cannot be forwarded. Sorry. They have your name etc on them. I would call Celebrity Captain's Club and see what the story is or you could e-mail Celebrity and have them send the info to you. The coupons are good for several sailings this year and next.

I guess these are different coupons - not the one's you're talking about? But, today we received 2 booklets (one for each of us) of coupons from X Captain's CLub to use on our next flight. In the booklet there are coupons for but one glass of wine receive a 2nd free. $25 off Spa treatment, Buy Bingo tickets and receive Jackpot tickets free, Golf coupons, coupons for the stores, coupons off fresh flowers on board etc etc. Just wondered if anyone else received these? This is the first time we've received this booklet and we've been Captain's Club members for a few years.

Hi,

Here is the link to the thread you are looking for. If you read down in the thread there is a message that lists all coupons and their dates. The eMagazine was emailed to me from Celebrity, so they need your email address at the Captain's Club.

Where do you find the emagazine post?

The only email I got from Celebrity today was the "True Departures" mailing with the Cirque as the main feature. No coupons anywhere. In fact I've never received any Captain's Club emails--they have always come snail mail--and they do have my email address.

That is the email with the coupons. You have to look on the left hand side of the message for the link that says exclusive savings. When you click on that it wil bring you to the page that lists the coupons.

"Exclusive Savings" is not an option anywhere on this email. It wasn't sent from Captain's Club--the address it was mailed from is email@enews.celebrity.com and the subject line of the email is "True Departures: A Cirque du Soleil experience on Celebrity"

Is this the same one you are refering to? What is the subject line on your email that has the coupons?

Char mine came from the same email address (email@enews.celebrity.com) but the subject line says

"Departures: Introducing Captain's Club Departures" so I guess there are two different emails. The message does say "This eMagazine features the same exclusive savings you enjoy in your printed Captain’s Club Departures magazines" so if you didn't get the email it sounds like you'll receive the same coupons in Captains Club snail mail. They are good for bookings between August 1 and October 31 so if you don't receive the mailing soon, I'd call Captains Club and ask them about it.

I'm glad to know that I'll be getting the same thing by snail mail. Don't know why I don't get the e-mail edition.

Looks like they are testing out emailing the Captains Club newsletter as the email asks for feedback.
