How long till past guest # is available?

We just sailed last week but I was wondering how long till Carnival will be able to provide me with my past guest number? We've got another cruise booked for July with Princess and I want to be able to give them my past guest Carnival number in case it turns out to be a sailing where this discount could apply.

I just logged in and it appears on the top. I never asked Carnival or anyone else for it.

Well I just tried that and nothing. Perhaps you originally booked directly through Carnival?

 

What I wondered was how long was it after your cruise that you could see that past guest number? I don't have problem calling Carnival or the TA but just wondered about length of time I should be waiting.

Go into My Profile - it will ask to add past guest# or birth date & zip code. Submit it & it should appear. We cruised last week & our past guest number just showed up today.

Thank you. I actually called Carnival today and they gave me the number. Funny though...when I went to check on some pricing for a few cruises and put my past guest number in, there was absolutely no difference in pricing shown than normal. Thought you got a bit of a discount with past guest #.
