Explorer at KIng's Wharf question

When Explorer docks at King's Wharf, which side of the ship looks over the dock and which side looks over land?

We were on the starboard side (right side) and we faced away from the port but the previous weeks cruise faced the other way, it changes. In Bermuda there are no bad views

Thanks for the info. I assumed that since only 1 ship docks there (at a time) that it would always face the same way.

I think is has something to do with the currents and such that day and the port authority there has the final say in the direction of the ship

When we were there port side faced land :)

One thing to keep in mind is the way Bermuda is you are going to be facing some kind of land on either side, Plus Kings Wharf is not the happening spot but the only place the larger ships can dock.

Oct. 2006 we were facing portside to the land. :)

When we were there the starboard side faced the port, however I agree with the others, you won't have a bad view either way :D
