Denali & Talkeetna Dinner alternative suggestions?????

Help! Does anyone have any alternative suggestions for Cabin Nite Dinner Theater (no more bookings available) at Denali.

 

Also, most bookings are filled at Talkeetna too. Any suggestions that would be fun/interesting?

We stayed at a Princess place in Denali and there was a pizza place close by that was great. We did the white water rafting and came back and had great pizza.

We went to the Cabin Nite Dinner Theatre and thought it was cute, but overpriced. The other night in the area we had dinner at the Black Diamond Golf Course. It was a nice place, with great food. Try the Banana Cream Pie for dessert!

I believe that the Denali Princess hotel also has a dinner show similar to the Cabin Nite dinner theater. Can't remember what it was called, though.

Cabin night is only worth it with the toursaver coupon. :) In Talkeetna- for breakfast or lunch- The Roadhouse, for dinner- the Latitude.

Thank you for all your suggestions. Budget Queen, you are a blessing in disguise - I have jotted down most of your suggestions of many, many topics.

Now, Cabin Nite Theater or Dinner Theater/Music of Denali at Denali Princess Lodge? :-) Husband & I got reservations (can be cancelled) at Cabin Nite but two other couples traveling with us could not get reservations (they are disappointed) so we were thinking perhaps of the 2nd one at Princess Lodge where we can all go. Yikes. Any other suggestions?
