C&A Certificates

:mad: I haven't been able to access my C&A certificates and I wanted to whine about it!

Gee, that's weird. I was able to access mine yesterday. They are now like the ones we used to get in the mail. They are good until June 30 and don't say you have to book by April 30 like the previous ones did.

 

I love them this way. Maybe C&A listened to all our complaints.

I agree Katie, somebody told me about the new online coupons yesterday.....unfortunately nothing for our upcoming cruises. Sure does beat snail mail and will save big bucks for RCI. Now everybody who is a C&A member can access the same coupons at the same time and get the same savings.

This is the first I am hearing of any coupons – where do I find them? I am trying to figure out what my next cruise will be and a coupon could help make my decision.

Go to the RCI website, click on Crown & Anchor and then Special Offers.

I still can't access mine. It says that the service isn't available in all countries. I live in the US! I emailed C&A though. We will see...

I think I recently read here that if your address is missing in your profile, it will give you that message about the countries. They said that once they made sure the address was there and correct, it was fine and allowed access.

When I tried to access mine online, I received a message that only US members were able to access their electronically (I am Canadian). I receive mine in the mail.
