time in Bristol... what to do?

We have a layover in Bristol, thanks to our thriftiness using Frequent Flyer miles. We are scheduled to arrive at 9am from the US and then our onward flight to Barcelona isn't until 4:30 pm. This gives us at least 4-5 hours including clearing customs/immigration and checking in for the next flight.

 

Any suggestions on what we could do (in our jet-lagged haze)? This will be in late July of this year.
