Balcony question

What is the difference between an extended balcony and a regular balcony cabin? Is there that much difference in the size of the balcony.

I am guessing that its Carnival Pride.

 

Yes there is a considerable amount of difference but it depends on the cabin and location;\

 

a few photos to compare:

a regular cat 8A -- actually this is more then one-- the divider of the balcony is openeded but it can give you the idea of how small a regular balcony is.. just look at the divider door and see to the other door that is closed.

Sorry..yes it is the Pride. We are booked on the Panorama deck, catagory 8H.

We had a regular balcony on the panorama deck of the pride a couple of years ago. It was wide enough but could have been a little deeper.:(
