BLONDIE35 Posted April 15, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2007 I just saw on a thread where someone stated that it takes 2 hours to get off the ship!!! And we need to be on a hour before it leaves!!! Is this correct??? you have got to be joking! My excursions take up most of the time in port and I would like to walk around each port. Please let me know if this is at all true!!
98Charlie Posted April 15, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 15, 2007 Which ship are you sailing? We cruised NCL Star last Sept. to Alaska and never had more than a 30 minute delay in getting off the ship. We did not book excursions from the cruiseline and still got off in good time. Dianne
Budget Queen Posted April 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 15, 2007 You last day disembarking, usually takes 2 hours, NOT your port stops. ships generally make the port stops close to the timeframe.
sea_u_onboard Posted April 16, 2007 #4 Share Posted April 16, 2007 If you are tendering then it will take longer to get off. Keep that in mind when making arrangements in those ports.
