Short Stay Hotels in Ft Lauderdale

It looks like my best flight option has my plane coming into Fort Lauderdale at 12 Midnight and I can't even pre-board the ship before 11AM... sooo

 

what are my options for the 11 hours in between?

 

Is there any short stay hotels in the area that will let me use the room for 7 or 8 hours?

Best option is to book a regular room and pay the regular room rate, I'm sure you wouldn't want to stay at one of the hotels that rent rooms by the hour.

Try the Holiday Inn Express Airport/Cruiseport, they'll pick you up at the airport and bring you to the cruiseport.

that's a late check in. I know, seems wasteful, I've had many 6 or 7 hour stays when checking in late and getting up early, but that's the way it goes. The hotel has to clean and service the room the same as if you'd been there since 6 pm the night before.

 

if you're staying right at the port--sleep late, enjoy, relax.

I can't think of any hotel that would give you a discounted rate for the stay you are looking for.
