Any Copenahagen hotel recommendations?

We will be in Copenhagen in June for 1 night. Any hotel recommendations? Don't want to break the bank, but would like something nice too.

I've booked the Copenhagen Marriott - 4* on www.priceline.com for $100 U.S. per night plus taxes.

I used www.biddingfortravel.com to see what hotels there were in the town area first and how much successful bids were going for.

I have stayed here and sent friends here. Not terribly priced, but convenient, clean and the staff are really nice.

You can also try 71 Nyhavn ( http://www.71nyhavnhotel.com/ ) it's right in the middle og Nyhavn, perfect place in the summertime and also a very central place, close to Strøget, Rosenborg Castle, Tivoli (20 min walk), our new Opera, The Royal Theatre, good restaurants

I can recommend The Hotel on the Square.

 

The Radisson SAS Royal across from Tivoli is suppose to be 5 star it is NOT, I would give it a 3 at most.

 

Marriott is a great hotel, but if you will be at Tivoli at night don't walk back to the hotel on the street with train station. in 2005 it wasn't well lit and a little sketchy.
